User Agreement

Welcome to TalkIt. This User Agreement governs your access to and use of TalkIt and related services provided by Beijing Mudiyongxian Technology Co., Ltd.

1. Service Overview

TalkIt provides English learning services such as content discovery, learning plans, Story, Listening, Radio, Dialogue, review, knowledge library, history, AI-assisted interaction, and Premium subscription features.

2. Account and Access

You may use TalkIt through guest mode, phone login, or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for the lawfulness and security of your account use and for keeping your device and login methods safe.

3. AI-Generated Content

Some learning content, translations, summaries, voice output, images, characters, and interactive text are generated or assisted by AI services. These outputs are provided for learning and product experience only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or inconsistent with your expectations.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use TalkIt for illegal activity.
You must not submit or generate harmful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or unsafe content.
You must not attack, reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass product or security controls.

5. Subscription and Payment

TalkIt may offer monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, trial offers, and other paid benefits. Pricing, trial terms, automatic renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed according to Apple App Store rules and the subscription screen shown to you.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may limit functions, refuse generation, suspend, or terminate access if required for legal, safety, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, or material violation of this Agreement.

7. Disclaimer

TalkIt is an educational product. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you use learning outputs and generated content.

8. Changes

We may update this Agreement to reflect legal, product, or business changes. The latest version will be shown in the app and on this page.

2. 账号与访问

你可以通过游客模式、手机号登录或 Apple 登录使用 TalkIt。你应对账号使用的合法性与安全性负责，并妥善保管设备和登录方式。

3. AI 生成内容

TalkIt 中部分学习内容、翻译、总结、语音、图片、角色和互动文本由 AI 生成或辅助生成。这些内容仅用于学习和产品体验，可能存在不完整、不准确、延迟或与你预期不一致的情况。

4. 使用规范

不得将 TalkIt 用于任何违法违规活动。
不得输入、生成或传播有害、辱骂、误导、侵权或危害安全的内容。
不得攻击、逆向、干扰或绕过产品与安全控制。

5. 订阅与支付

TalkIt 可能提供月度会员、年度会员、试用权益及其他付费功能。价格、试用、自动续费、取消订阅与退款以 Apple App Store 规则和应用内订阅页显示为准。

6. 限制与终止

基于法律、安全、反滥用、反欺诈或你严重违反本协议等原因，我们可以限制功能、拒绝生成内容、暂停或终止访问。

7. 免责声明

TalkIt 是教育学习产品，不提供法律、医疗、金融或其他专业意见。你应对学习输出和生成内容的实际使用自行负责。

8. 协议更新

我们可能因法律、产品或业务变化更新本协议。最新版本会在应用内和本页面展示。
