1. Information We Collect

Account information, including phone number, Apple sign-in identifier, nickname, and avatar.
Learning data, including selected content, plans, units, progress, review records, dialogue history, and knowledge points.
Subscription and purchase status needed to verify Premium access through Apple In-App Purchase.
Device, log, and diagnostic information reasonably needed for security, stability, and troubleshooting.
User input provided to AI-powered features such as Mia, topic customization, and interactive practice.

2. How We Use Information

Provide login, account management, syncing, and personalized learning services.
Generate learning plans, Story, Listening, Radio, Dialogue, review, and other AI-assisted content.
Provide speech recognition, text-to-speech, images, and subscription verification.
Protect service security, investigate abuse, debug failures, and improve product stability.
Comply with applicable legal, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and dispute handling obligations.

3. Sharing and Third-Party Services

We may use third-party service providers to deliver product capabilities, such as AI generation, text-to-speech, image generation, cloud hosting, and payment verification. We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary to provide the service or comply with law.

4. Data Storage and Retention

We generally retain account and learning data while your account remains active. After a valid account deletion request, we will delete, anonymize, or stop using related data within a reasonable period, except where longer retention is required for legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute handling reasons.

5. Your Rights

You may update your nickname or avatar in the app, log out, or request account deletion from Settings. You may also contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information as permitted by applicable law.

6. Children

If you are a minor, please use TalkIt with the consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or service changes. The latest version will be shown in the app and on this page.
