This Privacy Policy explains how Beijing Mudiyongxian Technology Co., Ltd. collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use Talkit练口语, and what rights you have.

1. Information we collect

1. Account information: phone number, Apple user identifier, nickname, account type, and guest identifier
2. Learning information: plans, units, progress, knowledge points, review records, dialogue history, level, interests, and preferences
3. Device and log information: device type, operating system, app version, network status, and necessary technical logs
4. Information you provide: study topics, chat messages, speech-to-text transcripts, and feedback
5. Subscription information: subscription status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, and expiry dates returned by Apple

2. How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, save and restore progress, generate content, provide voice and image features, check subscription entitlement and free quota, troubleshoot failures, improve service stability, and handle security and compliance matters.

3. Third-party services

To provide Talkit练口语, we may send necessary information to:

1. Apple, for sign-in, purchases, restore flows, and subscription verification
2. OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, Gemini, MiniMax, and Doubao, for text, translation, voice, character, and image generation
3. Our servers and infrastructure providers, for account management, sync, logs, and service operation

4. Storage and security

Some data is stored locally on your device, and some may be synchronized with our servers so you can continue learning across devices or after reinstalling. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet environment is perfectly secure.

5. Retention

We generally retain account and learning data while your account remains active. After a valid deletion request, we will delete, anonymize, or stop using related data within a reasonable period, except where longer retention is required for legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute handling reasons.

6. Your rights

Inside the app, you can review or change certain information such as nickname, native language, and learning preferences. You can also log out and request account deletion from Settings.

7. Children

If you are under the age of majority, please use Talkit练口语 with parent or guardian consent and supervision.

8. Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or service changes. The latest version will be shown in the app.

欢迎使用 Talkit练口语。本隐私政策由 北京目的涌现科技有限公司 制定，用于说明我们在你使用 Talkit练口语 过程中如何收集、使用、存储、共享和保护个人信息，以及你享有的权利。

4. 你主动提供的信息：你输入或说出的学习主题、聊天内容、语音转写文本、反馈信息等。
5. 订阅信息：Apple 返回的订阅状态、商品标识、交易标识、有效期等，用于识别会员权益。

二、我们如何使用信息

我们使用这些信息来完成登录鉴权、保存和恢复学习记录、生成学习内容、提供语音与图片能力、判断订阅权益与免费额度、排查故障、提升稳定性，以及进行必要的安全与合规处理。

三、第三方服务与共享

为实现相关功能，我们可能在必要范围内将信息发送给第三方服务提供方，包括：

1. Apple：用于登录、订阅购买、恢复购买和会员状态判断；
2. OpenAI / Azure OpenAI、Gemini、MiniMax、豆包等 AI 服务提供方：用于文本、翻译、角色、语音、图片等生成能力；
3. 我们的服务器及相关基础设施服务提供方：用于账号、学习记录、同步、日志和服务运行。

我们会尽量控制共享范围，并要求合作方按其适用规则处理数据。

四、存储、同步与安全

你的部分数据会保存在本地设备，部分数据会同步到我们的服务端，以支持跨设备恢复和学习连续性。我们会采取合理的技术和管理措施保护数据安全，但互联网并非绝对安全环境。

在账号存续期间，我们通常会保留与你学习和账号相关的数据。你删除账号后，我们会在合理期限内删除、匿名化或停止继续使用相关数据，但法律法规要求、财务记录、安全风控、争议处理所需保留的信息除外。
